SHIPPING POLICY

General information 

All Order are subject to product availability. if an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. We only ship to billing addresses. All orders with different shipping addresses will be cancel.

Delivery Location

Any shipments outside the of U.S. are not available at this time.

Delivery Time 

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order. delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. unless there are exceptional circumstances. All orders will take 1-2 business days to be inspected and reviewed,for shipping we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2-3 business days of the date of your order. 
Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. We ship out orders from Monday ~ Friday,except holidays. Dates of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery locations,method of delivery, and the item ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. Allow up to 2-4 business days for shipping and tracking conformation sent via email.

Delivery Instructions 

Please remember to list your apartment number or unit number during the check out. If failed to do so,once orders are returned back to the company you will have to a a reshipment fee again.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are $3.00 and up it depends on what you order.

Damage Items in Transport

Once package are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. if there is any any damage to the packing on delivery, USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-800-275-8777).

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damage or you received the wrong item. If you receive a damaged or a wrong item please contact us immediately at ellascollections@yahoo.com within 24 hours of receiving item with details of the product and the defect. You can send us a pictures with original invoice of the product.

**** Refunds do not include and shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured to you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. 

Please do not place last min orders. Please give yourself time to ensure that you receive your products before before any important events. We are not responsible for any late packages that are out of our control.
